I received my bachelor degree (BSc with Hons) from University of Sussex in England and then my Masters degree (MA) in Counseling Psychology with concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Assumption College in Massachusetts (USA). I also hold a diploma in Journalism and Media from Professional Laboratory of Journalism in Greece.
During my internship, I was also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Illness Management and Recovery (IMR). I completed my supervised internship in a non-profit organization, where I had the opportunity to work mainly with adults in both individual sessions and group therapy.
During my studies, I also observed a number of workshops about depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis, sleep disorders, eating disorders, etc.
After I received my bachelor degree and until today, I write articles being published in the press in Cyprus about a variety of mental health issues.
